If the user changed their mind after purchase.
If the issue is due to incompatibility with the buyer’s device or system.
If the software is a subscription-based service that has already been activated.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

If the vendor does not respond within 7 business days, or you are unable to resolve the issue, you can escalate the request to Software Bazar:

Reason for refund request (with screenshots if applicable)
3️⃣ Review & Resolution
Software Bazar will review the case within 5-10 business days.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a buyer initiates a chargeback through their payment provider, their Software Bazar account may be suspended pending resolution.
We encourage customers to first reach out to us for assistance before raising disputes with banks or payment providers.
4. Changes to This Policy
Software Bazar reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
